Where are your resources based?

All our resources are based in either Canada or the United States. We do not outsource to other countries, ensuring that our talent pool maintains high quality and communication standards and is familiar with the local market and industry requirements.

Can you provide candidates on short notice?

Absolutely. We specialize in the rapid deployment of top-tier design talent. We can provide qualified candidates within two weeks, and sometimes even within 48 hours, depending on the urgency and specific requirements of the project.

How do you handle contracts and timelines?

We begin with an initial consultation to understand your project needs. After that, we aim to present one to two pre-vetted candidates within a week. Once you select a candidate, we handle all administrative details, including contract preparation and onboarding. Our contracts are flexible, accommodating both short-term and long-term needs and full- or part-time engagements.

Can you provide bilingual resources?

Yes, we understand the importance of bilingual capabilities, especially in Canada. We can provide UX researchers, service designers, and UX designers who are fluent in both English and French to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

What is your process for vetting candidates?

Our vetting process is thorough and includes resume and portfolio reviews and two rounds of interviews conducted by specialized talent strategists and senior UX professionals. We also perform additional background checks as needed, including criminal background and reference checks.

Our candidates are flexible and can work remotely or on-site, depending on your preference and the project requirements. We have optimized our processes for remote work but also understand the value of having team members present in your office when needed. However, if you need an on-site resource, it might take a bit longer than two weeks to find one.

Our candidates receive extensive training and support through Outwitly Academy, including VP-level coaching, webinars, and tailored training programs. We also provide comprehensive contractor support with weekly coaching sessions and access to a vast resource library to ensure their skills remain sharp and aligned with project needs.

Do your contractors bring their own equipment or use ours?

Typically, our contractors use their own equipment, which they are accustomed to and comfortable with. However, if your project requires the use of specific or secure equipment, our contractors can utilize the resources you provide to ensure compliance and security.

Do you ensure accessibility in your staffing services?

Yes, accessibility is a key consideration in our staffing services. We prioritize candidates who are experienced in creating accessible designs and are familiar with WCAG guidelines. How does your pricing structure work?

Our pricing is competitive and varies depending on the complexity of the project and the level of expertise required. We work with hourly rates, and we invoice our clients based on approved timesheets on a monthly basis.
